Halloween

The day before Halloween, UMR celebrated in style. The Tango Society of Rochester volunteered their time to do a professional demonstration and class with our students.
Here's a pic of the professionals....

...and here we are giving it a go!

The student services staff made an incredible effort - Snow White and his seven dwarfs! Note they also had an apple, prince, evil queen, and the magic mirror!!

We also had the Chancellor dressed up as Hook and our stats advisor as Peter Pan, a nun, a priest, and some crazed Vikings fans!

The post docs were the Chancellor's angels...

Here we are all together...

The main party director, Philosophy professor Rebecca. Note the vampire teeth!

Here's 'Sister' Mary-Beth.

On Halloween night, we walked over to Kelsey and Paul's house for a pumkin carving session.

Then we lit candles and set the jack-o-lanterns outside to welcome the 'trick or treaters' of Rochester!
