On the way to my b'day weekend, I ran into a bit of a hitch: a cancelled flight. I was forced to stay over night in the twin cities...what's a girl to do? Shop! So I elected to go to the Mall of America. It has about the same volume of shops as Chermside but includes a fun park, underwater world, chapel and convention center.

and the meal I grabbed for dinner - kind of a Greek inspired fast food. It wasn't too bad, I really liked the herb coated chips.
