A highlight of the Vietnam trip was being told about the '
Weasel S
urprise' in a strange eatery that looked more like an empty used-car lot... a few seconds later, a giant rat went darting between the tables and chairs. We think we know what the
surprise with the
Weasel might have been.
The picture above is actually of a pigeon that was fried up for us. Not too bad, but duck will always rule the poultry section.
Umm....cooking school again. This time we were trying to make fancy things out of vegetables. Not sure why you'd bother; it's frustrating as hell!

Weasel Surprise - wonderful fresh food on the Ha Long Bay cruise.
